IT HAS BEEN a difficult couple of months for Lana Del Rey.
Back in February, a man in Florida was arrested for aggravated stalking and attempted kidnapping with a weapon outside of Florida’s Amway Center before Lana’s scheduled performance.
Prior to heading to the Amway Center, the man uploaded a 17-minute-long video of him saying that he was going to ‘finish out’ Lana Del Rey’s tour with her, which prompted a Facebook user to report him to Orlando Police Department.
Two months later, Lana has had another dangerous encounter with a fan.
This time around, Lana Del Rey was coming off stage after last night’s concert in Antwerp, Belgium. An onlooker told the Evening Standard that while Lana was exiting the venue, a fan “jumped towards her and wanted to hug her”.
Another fan, Instagram user @Heylen13 caught the moment on camera. The fan jumped over a barrier that’s almost 7-feet high and ambushed the singer.
The fan that spoke to the Evening Standard said that Lana fell to the ground and appeared to be very frightened. He added that security were very quick in sorting out the situation.
After the attempted kidnap in February, Lana Del Rey broke down in tears on stage and said that she was “super happy” that her Facebook stalker had been arrested. She has yet to comment on this incident.
